As a company, Bawnbua Foods Ltd have a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and we are committed to acting ethically and with integrity.  We are committed to ensuring there is transparency in our own business, and in our approach to tackling modern slavery throughout our supply chain.  We expect the same standards from our suppliers, contractors and other business partners.

We are active members of Sedex, and as part of this we are subjected to SMETA auditing.  We partner with a recruitment agency that are GLAA approved for sourcing of labour.  Audits are carried out on the agency and workers are interviewed, there are also multi-lingual whistle blowing posters in place and we are also a Stronger Together Business Partner.
